I've lived in Tooting since 1999 and tried every curry house. This place is my favourite. Very good value, great flavours, fresh tasting food. Been here many times. No dodgy tummies just stuffed every time. Try the afghan karahi lamb!

I've eaten at a variety of Indian restaurants and this ranks right up there for value for money. We had the chicken balti and butter chicken. The butter chicken had a beautiful chilli flavour (better than the regular bland bcs I've found in England in the past). Friendly staff great flavours, large portions, great price, weren't even asked to pay corkage on our wine!

My experience with Rayyan's got off to a rocky start, I was initially told they did BYO. On my second visit I arrived eagerly clutching a four pack of Guinness only to be told they didn't do BYO, imagine my dismay. They do now definitely allow and actively encourage BYO (decent shop directly opposite). The food is good, the portions generous (especially the bhajis), the prices rock bottom and the staff very friendly. Though I've never tried it the buffet looks excellent value. Give it a go.
