Originally booked for a day that turned out to be a Bank Holiday when the restaurant was closed 🙁. However, the young man who dealt with changing our original booking to the following day was so kind and attentive, even going the extra mile to help find new tickets for Kerry Jackson. We will definitely be returning to the Terrace whenever we come to the NT. The lobster roll was great too 😀

I was there last week, there was a young man who greeted us at the door who was very friendly and attentive. The lobster rolls themselves were fabulous, and I enjoyed it with a lovely Margherita. All staff were great, would highly recommend.

Came in last night with my family for a bite to eat pre theatre. I have to say the service was excellent matched only by the food we tried - sashimi tuna was excellent, the chowder was heavenly and the lobster roll, delicious! See you again soon guys!

We ate at the Bob’s lobster at Terrace before seeing a play. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The food was delicious and came promptly, in time for our play. We would recommend to anyone wanting to eat a meal before enjoying the delights of one of the national theatre productions.

Great service (attentive, friendly staff and quick), great views of the river, beautiful mellow ambience, good value for money. If going for pre-show staff helpfully check to make sure you’re on time for the beginning. Food tasty and portions reasonable for the price. Would visit again for a chilled spot in an otherwise hectic area of london.

Hi. Food was great, service was wonderful! Very kind waiting staff. One small typo on the menu with the price of the wine being listed but that's was no problem at all. Thank you for the great meal

Delicious Lobster rolls sold with a very reasonablely priced glass of Nyetimber champagne. Totally lovely staff tho sad none of them had ever heard of the song 'Rock Lobster.' It's by the B-52s and immediately came to mind when I saw the restaurant's name.

We rushed here just before our theatre slot was about to start as we were quite hangry. The food came very quickly, tasted very good with quite a lot of lobster in the bun. I loved that they slightly fried the bun a little bit, delicious. The service was warm, kind and fun with a casual undertone, exactly what a place like this should be. Nothing seemed like a bother to any of the staff and they really showed that they put effort into their job, done with both kindness and great service. Would definitely recommend grabbing a bite here if you are craving a proper American type lobster roll.

I visited Bobs Lobster on the Terrace on a Friday evening recently. We shared everything including the signature lobster and crayfish roll which was stuffed full of lobster meat, seabass ceviche which was super zingy with lime as well as the kale hushpuppies (basically, a gigantic kale fritter) and some fries. We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The cocktails were also great especially the Limoncello Spritz which is totally inspired and really got us in the mood for our visit to Much Ado About Nothing at the theatre. Recommended!
