well mixed cocktails and elegant furniture.
at the counter, I enjoyed 1 IPA, 3 more cocktails. I love Engine Gin from Italy. Old fashioned brought me nostalgia. Last gin cocktail, I hadn’t recalled yet…
The cocktails and small plates were delicious, especially the sausage and haggis roll and nduja on sourdough. Staff were very friendly and helpful eith menu choices.
What a wonderful hidden gem! I found this online while looking for unique places to have proper tea while in London. We wanted something nice, but no pink and lace. This parlour was like an old speak easy or cigar bar in appearance. Quiet. Cozy. The server was a nice fellow with glasses and a pompadour, but I can't remember his name. He was the only server, but he didn't make anyone wait for anything. The tea and nibbles were fantastic. Very delicious! And I can't say enough about the atmosphere. Laid back and wonderful in my opinion.
The overall afternoon tea experience was great. The food was delicious and the ambiance was old school glam.
Wonderful little bar for cocktails. Good selection of drinks to choose from with some unusual cocktails on the list. Venue is lovely and cosy, especially if you get seated near the fire. Service was a little slow, but would recommend a visit if you can get a table
Afternoon Tea was an incredible experience, definitely lived up to the review in Vogue. We tried both the sandwiches and the treats and they were wonderful.
Sweet surprise to stumble on this hotel lobby. The decor is unique and very cosy.
We had a few afternoon drinks, chilling and talking.
A local favourite with tastey pudding and mocktails. The decor amd ambiance were spot on. The background music was so good and a great compliment to the vibe.
Loved and will definitely go back!🎄🎊
Great service, wonderful food and very relaxed ambience. Highly recommend and will visit again.
The saying, “you get what you pay for,” definitely holds true for low tea at Seymour’s Parlour. Recommended on numerous lists for must-try tea time in London, Seymour’s Parlour did not disappoint. From exceptional cocktails to an outstanding food spread, this quirky, whimsical venue did not disappoint. At 30-50 pounds/person (or more), this won’t be a weekly affair for most people, but it’s worth a visit for special occasions or just to enjoy tea time with good company.
Only two observations of caution: It’s a small venue in a boutique hotel, so it only take on loud table to really up the volume for everyone. Second, the bathrooms are down one level and can be hard to spot if you aren’t paying attention. Nevertheless, don’t let these deter you from a wonderful experience.
