Really good hot chocolate! It was mostly melted chocolate so was quite thick which was perfect for us.

Rana provided an exceptional experience at the store. When my friend and I walked in the shop with the intention of buying just one chocolate each, we unexpectedly ended up purchasing several items. Rana's assistance and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. It felt like a store won the lottery with him.

Venchi offers one of the best ice cream in London. We could find yummiest hazelnut eggless icecream here. Pratik has been wonderful every time we visit.

One of the best gelato ice cream places in London. Great rich flavours, creamy texture, great service. They offer a variety of new flavours, I wish I could try them all. You can fill in the cone or cup with chocolate which is running from a tap.

it’s really nice ice cream, but the portion is so much smaller than i used to. i even asked the server and he said that’s how they were supposed to do it. literally scraped off half the scoop before giving it to me

Amazing experience, I’m a coeliac and got advised against the ice cream but they have a massive selection of gluten free chocolates. Such friendly and welcoming staff xxxxxxxx

The best you can get in South Kensington when you are around after your long and tiring day. The Gelato is amazing however I would just add - the Pistachio one was not as I expected (I prefer the one with actual saltiness and nutty flavour in it) it didn’t had granules of pistachio in it too ;)

Best ice cream I’ve tried in London. The chocolates are amazing. Everything tastes super natural with a creamy and rich flavor. Customer service is also great and especially Rana was the nicest and gave us the best ice cream flavor recommendations. Couldn’t even wait to try the ice cream before taking the picture.
