This is my new local and I LOVE IT! They have 50% off pizzas every Tuesday, 50p wings on Wednesday, delicious food, sports, music, conservatory EVERYTHING. I love it.
Food is actually spot on, great mid week deals, vegan options. Love the pizzas! Some of the people that work there are unfathomably grumpy. Not sure how the grumpy fella ended up working in hospitality as he manages to create a negative atmosphere at the bar. Probably time he took up another career the poor chap. The pub is otherwise a decent, spacious place to be with lots of seating.
Great pub for sport, good selection of drinks. Lovely bowl of chips. Great staff. Worth a look.
