Location is terrific and ambiance was super cool. Pizza was good and staff was very friendly specifically Ehadir. She was really amazing as we mistakenly ordered a chicken pizza instead of veg but she replaced it with veg one and took care of us very well and made sure we are happy.
Ehadir really made our day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful: the boy who was cleaning tables, the waitresses Tracy and Snehal. They kindly helped to place the order and pay with voucher. They all were polite, helpful and supportive.
All service was great!

Salad bar was poor. It could have more choices as other branches do.
Toilets were very very bad. The doors need to fixed and locked. Cleaning should be better.
If pizza is your thing then this is the right place. While in London I visited Pizza Hut twice. A great choice of pizzas on the menu with some particular pizzas that you can't find anywhere else. The staff was friendly and helpful . We didn't have to wait to get seated and food came out quickly.
Top class pizza. Tried Veggie and Margaretta. Both are amazing. Staff are lovely and very very welcoming. Their smiles never left their faces. You can sit and order through the bar code on your table. No need to stand in a queue to place your order. Amazing experience and they deserve 5 stars.
Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pizzas are consistently delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The crust is just the right level of crispy and chewy, making each bite satisfying. The menu also offers a fantastic selection of sides and desserts that complement the meal perfectly. The service is prompt and attentive, and the restaurant's ambiance is welcoming. Whether dining in or getting delivery, Pizza Hut remains my top choice for a delightful pizza experience.

quick pizza, and salad, and various drinks, pizza was decent, you know what a pizza but pizza is. good toppings very filling, good salad bar .. service by the Asian, /Indian manager, was very good, full marks for service, manners, and politeness, have never come across a man who had such good manners and service skills at a casual restaurant for some time, he is being wasted at this level. a real gem of a person.
if pizza is your thing and you like pizza hut then this should be a satisfying visit. the pizza / pasta buffet is great. the salad bar is the same - at last I could compose my own salad,and refill at will. ice cream machine is a nice dessert, and all is refill-able, which is great
Everything was very tasty. We tried two types of pizza - pepperoni and pineapple, the Mac and cheese, fries and onion rings all arrived fast. The salad bar could do with a bit of an upgrade but still there were nice options to get you started. The staff was welcoming. We will definitely visit again when in London.
I retreated into the entrance, during a sudden down pour. On an impulse, I thought I would have my lunch here, until it eased off. I was well looked after by the waitress. The salad bar staved off my hunger, until the pizza arrived. So what if it had pineapple on it. I love a pizza with pineapple!
