I left Hampstead Heath looking for an ice cream. It was very warm and I needed something fresh. Then, I found Venchi and it drew my attention. As it was my first time, I didn't know what to order. Thanks so much to Francesco, who I think guessed that I was a bit lost and ask me If I needed help. He very kind and showed me the different gelatos. He even advised me the best vegan flavours to take. I trusted him and ordered the dark chocolate, with its beyond words. Such an amazing flavour that made my afternoon! I also ordered a coffee which was excellent. It was a very summery afternoon which I enjoyed a lot. Thanks so much to Francesco, one of the most sympathetic and lovely persons that I have ever met in the hospitality sector. I will definitely come back!
One of the best gelato experience in London. I would personally recommend their cappuccino flavor. They have vegan options as well which are the fruit based flavors. Small - 4.80, Regular - 5.80, Large - 6.80
I actually think it's a bit expensive (two medium cups with the extra topping of chocolate sauce and roasted hazelnuts inside were £14) and was thinking about giving 4 stars but it tasted sooo good. The hazelnut ice cream was amazing, haven't had such nice hazelnut ice cream since I've been in Italy. Dark chocolate was also great but the combination of both with dark chocolate and pieces of hazelnut was amazing. Such a shame it's expensive, I would visit more often otherwise.
This is my happy place !! The best gelato and chocolates that you can ever get✓ there are around 20flavours and every single flavour is amazing and so is the stuff every friendly , very welcoming I just love to see Vail scooping he is fast and makes the cones look so beautiful!! I request him to serve me every time :)
The queue at the Covent Garden branch is too long for my patience so when I happened upon this in Hampstead, we rushed inside.
Two walls are filled with incredibly high quality and fair trade chocolate whilst the third had rows upon rows of high-end gelato. I will choose gelato over ice cream anyday!
I tasted Pistachio and Greek yogurt whilst my companions chose Pistachio, Vanilla, Mango and Milk chocolate flavours. Needless to say, we all picked on eachothers’ flavours! The gelato was creamy with deep flavours of the ingredients without the chemical and preservative taste.

Had a great time with my family. We all enjoyed and loved our visit and ice cream together 🍦🍨. Definitely coming back here again!
Good decent ice cream, polite and friendly staff, and good location. Unfortunately, not much space for sitting and tables are unclean. Limited flavours and the chocolate is a very ordinary quantity.
Ordered the Nougatine Crepe. It was sooo nice! The chocolate was not too sweet, it was perfect.
Excellent service provided by Micheal the supervisor he's very hard working and always got his smile on , delicious ice creams , sorbets shakes , and coffees highly recommended place thanks Michael
It was the best ice cream I had in a very long time. Besides the very good sweets, staff is also kind and professional. Gabriel was very knowledgeable of what they are selling and his recommendations were amazing. I will be back for sure!
