What an awesome place!! I had one of their burgers which absolutely blew my mind and a Japanese beer recommended by the friendly bartender.

Nice place to go for a pre-concert drink. It was around 5pm so wasn’t too busy, though there’s security on the door and I’m sure it gets packed out at certain times. Bar staff really pleasant and you get served quickly. Had Rose Kennedy cocktails - didn’t disappoint. The bar itself has comfortable surroundings and plays good music.

I went here to meet a friend for drinks. Had a really cool interaction with their security social safety man. I was on a first date meet up and I asked him to keep a lookout out for me 😁 The atmosphere is great, people seem like a good mix and friendly. Rugby and football was on and then music came on about 10pm with room for a dance floor cleared. I ordered some nachos and friends, I love the fact that they use proper flour tortillas for the nachos. Will defo frequent again with my lady mates. Date was okay 🤭

If you like chilled crowds looking for fun and can vary from rock, karaoke night, and a sports bar...this is def a place to try. Ciroc and tap beers are the way to go. Group booths in the back, can see it being packed on fri-sunday

Fantastic time tonight at the social. An absolute recommend. Karaoke on Thursday. Fab nights throughout the weekend. It really IS social. Shout outs to PlatterKing and bartenders, in fact, all staff, for being wonderful, kind hosts.

Much less cramped than it was a decade ago. Much better access to the bar, better beers on draft and staff keeps everything clean even when busy. There are interesting querks though like wobbly tables and some of the seating booths leaning at an angle like they've had too much to drink. Their live music karaoke nights are led by local singer guitarists who seem to keep the standard high for the listening punters. The people who took to the stage to make requests were backed by the guitarist while they sang and we even witnessed them dueting with one guy who was a very good singer. It made a pleasant change to piped karaoke with tinny backing tracks. I'd like to bring some friends who do open mic nights elsewhere. This place caters to students, tourists and locals alike. No idea what the foods like. Will try next time l visit.

Had a great night at the open mic night, and the lovely Tia sold me pints of gluten free IPA! Lots of new talent performing and you’ve got to start somewhere

I was here with my class in spring 2022. We were on a school trip and since our class is very large, the food took a while, but that wasn't bad at all. The waiters tried very hard and all worked well with the thick German accent most of us had. All of us liked it here and if I come back to London, I will come again for sure ^⁠_⁠^

Great place to watch the football. Great prices. Ed on the door is a great bloke provided a good night and even more so a safe environment. A definite return also food is spot on. George the manager was very accommodating with our large booking and also provided us with great service
