We love this place, it's our local fish and chips place and we come every week. Tasty and very fresh food and good choice of beer, wine and soft drinks. The owners are two best friends who have lived locally their whole life. Super friendly, great fun atmosphere with funky music, that's especially buzzing on a Friday night. Highly recommend, you will love it!
Excellent Fish & chop shop, good fish, often cooked to order and worth the wait. Great chips. Amazing mushy peas. Loyalty card (free chips after 5, free fish after 10). Open lunchtime till late (ignore Google times)

Excellent food, great prices, friendly happy staff and owners. Good choice of food. Great to have veggies as part of you meal. I've been there 5 times in two week. It's now my Friday night treat. Highly recommend it.
Great fish&chips in Stokey. I suggest you try the grilled fish with a side of your choice (I always go for grilled veggies), it's amazing! The guys are nice and friendly, the decor is warm and welcoming and prices affordable. Love it!
Fish and chips to me is like a mcdonalds breakfast. Tastes so good but you know your gonna feel terrible afterwards (greasy food). Your face ends up so greasy you'd have no problem Frying an egg on it. However, I have visited salt and vinegar a few times now and every time the quality and taste is amazing... the tartar sauce is the best I've ever had and the foods not dripping in grease... so tasty... making it a Friday night regular.
Honestly...never tasted such fresh fish and chips in my life from a chippy! its worth every penny!

Just stopped by for a late lunch, engaging and friendly staff, tried the lunch special " Grilled Haddock, chips and grilled Veg. It was delicious! Lovely presentation flavours bang on ate it all only a lemon wedge was left on the plate. A Gem of a place, we will be back!
I like this place. The salads are so good. They use really good quality olive oil. The haddock is especially good. The guys are fun and friendly. Yum!

Excellent, fresh fish & chips, the homemade ketchup is great, friendly guys and a good concept. Will be even better now that they have a beer selection.
