A great and different place! The best breakfast we have had for ages! Top location. Plenty of space Inside and outside, very useful especially if you come with children.

A welcome addition to the Victoria area, this Balans brings the sophistication and charm it’s known for, as well as it’s delightful menu of fine foods and meals.
Located on the upper level of the Cardinal place shopping center, its a welcome respite from the bustling shoppers below. Outdoor seats with cushioned wicker chairs and tables are covered with a sheltering canopy above, and is a nice area to sit outside in when the sun is shining.
Inside is a delightful dining area with friendly staff waiting to take your orders. There is a bar in the middle of the room where you can peruse a fine selection of cocktails and wines! Comfy seats and tables adorn the room with a warm and friendly ambience. The staff are very attentive and the food comes quickly when you order. Speaking of food…
You can get Breakfast, Brunch, Weekday Dining and Sunday roast options here depending on when you come. Each one is exquisite! The portions are plentiful too so you’ll never go hungry. As a main, I recommend the burger, mainly because the maple bacon inside tastes so good and compliments the flavours of the well cooked burger. They also come with delicious thick chips too!
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! It’s one of my favourite top dining spots in Victoria!
We have brunch here for 45 people. The food and service were great and the team was very accommodating. They were able to provide us with Gluten Free and Dairy Free options too which are surprisingly hard to find in London! Thank you for making it a very enjoyable morning :) it was a pleasure to be at your restaurant.
A pleasant surprise that this restaurant has opened in Victoria after a few great visits to one of their other locations across London. Intended to nip in for drinks and turned into us having a meal. The waiter we had was superb, very attentive and while clearly being quite busy nothing was a problem. Only slight gripe is that the fish and chips while lovely could do with a few more chips and more mushy peas.
Great addition to the Victoria area. Lovely food, had some beautiful dishes here. The cocktail list is excellent too - just sad I live and Glasgow and nowhere seems to make the lovely frangelico cocktail...can I have the recipe!??
Excellent place to chill out, good cocktails and eats. Seemed to have space for kids to run around outside too.
Excellent! Seated immediately, had several staff wait on us, and the food and cocktails were wonderful... Monkfish Scampi and Cauliflower Risotto.
Absolutely fantastic experience of bringing 160 employees to lunch here. Food was delicious. Staff were delightful. Everything was above and beyond expectation and our employees were raving about it for the rest of the day.
