Typical British pub atmosphere, the perfect vibe for a Sunday roast! The food was amazing apart of (weirdly) the potatoes that were soooo dry.

We love the Talbot. In quiet setting with lots of outdoor seating. The staff is always welcomimg and friendly. Yummy food and vegan option available. Highly recommend. Cosy yet lively setting.

The roast here used to be good, but now the beef they say on the menu “comes pink” is a dark piece of shoe sole impossible to chew. Avoid.

My favourite pub in the area - homely interior, great upstairs deck area, tasty range of beers and friendly staff. The only soft spot is the speed of service, which is consistently terrible. Otherwise a great pub and one that I will keep coming back to.
