I like this Pret. Everything is really great there except for one thing; the door to the kitchen makes a terrible sound! Bang, bang, bang every time they open and close it. It's very disturbing. They should deal with it.
It would cost them £5 to fix it.

This particular branch of Pret cannot be faulted for its service which is on the ball. Cleanliness of tables? Well that's another matter. They seemed more focused on serving and filling counters up than making sure that tables were wiped down. Much needed in the times we are in. This is also an incredibly busy cafe so turnaround is quick. The food was lush as always and they do a cracking cup of English Breakfast tea.

A very busy place and service is bit slow at peek hours at tills. Queue go out of doors, and it's not very good if it's raining outside. Food and beveragees are all is good.
