The flavours are hit or miss - the hazelnut was great, nice creamy texture! The lotus biscoff was watery for a gelato - seemed almost like a froyo or sorbet hybrid based on consistency. The pistachio white chocolate had great texture but was too sweet (some people might love this though if you love white chocolate). £4.75 is a little pricey though for the amount they give you in a small cup.

The ice cream is definitely not as good as it was before, management need to take note that we can tell the difference. But the service was amazing, I think their names were Garjer and Nuur, were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Nice little gelato store near the station. £4.75 for 1 scoop seems a bit much to me but I'm also don't live in London. Seating upstairs available.

We visited Snowflake Gelato in South Kensington last weekend and, oh my, we went for a treat we did not expect! When we arrived we were very nicely greeted and felt welcomed straight away. A lovely lady by the counter introduced to us a flavour of the month called Cremino, a pistachio-loaded white chocolate gelato. We had two creminos and one classic pistachio gelato and if I say I have tried the best gelato around, I am underestimating it. This gelato shouldn't be just the hype of the month, it should stay. 10 out of 10, service, atmosphere and of course gelato (11!).

Cute little shop. They have limited (but more than other shops) indoor seating upstairs. The strawberry Gelato was excellent. The location in South Kensington is fantastic. It's set on a block with several other restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner before dessert.

Snowflake Gelato has offered many great ice cream experiences - from milkshakes to magnums, this place has it all. Snowflake Gelato specializes in unusual ice cream flavors: for instance they have Lotus Biscoff Crunch, Chocolate-and-Vanilla swirl and many more great flavors. Their milkshakes are equally pleasing: you can select flavors from their gelato range, and then they’ll mix it up and add whipped cream, making it divine. Snowflake Gelato also has special come-cups, which are basically cups that are made from waffle cone ingredients - in other words, an edible cup. Consider this place if you’re planning to go for ice cream in South Kensington!

We come here every time we go to the museums. The service is always friendly. The dark chocolate and pistachio is a winning combination for me. It would be great if they had more vegan choices that were not sorbet.

Finally tried the famous Avolato. I was expecting it to taste like avocado but it tasted more like lime. They should’ve just called it lime avocado gelato so that those trying it for the first time won’t be disappointed. The “stone” was very nice though.
