Absolutely gorgeous! Food was delicious and plentiful. Was a chance drop in & really pleased with everything. Service was great and welcoming. Well worth a visit!

Finally, 5 stars.
Service: top. The guy with the beard. Spot on.
Atmosphere: happy, fun, easy and jolly.
Food: olives, steaks and sides are all worth the trip to Brixton from wherever you are.
Drinks: the only weak part. A little limited on beers and wines. Most people around however seemed to enjoy their cocktails.
5 stars at last :-)

Enjoyed meal here very much. Meat was cooked well and to order. Two of us had lamb chops, one medium rare and one well done, and both were cooked exactly as wanted. Sides were tasty.

I have the aubergine and the trip so would definitely recommend.

Second visit and it was as good as I remembered. Chargrilled ribs were excellent, as was the Sardines and Halloumi bites. Service was also good.

Amazing spareribs! No long waiting time, friendly employees and over all a really cosy atmosfere. Only downside was the salad that lacked some taste but was well compensated by the handmade chips!

Really small place in Brixton Village but man is it worth a visit.
Fantastic chicken, chilled beer. What more could you want? It can get busy but you can sit at the bar stools (where the tables are big wooden barrels) so considering grabbing a drink and waiting for a table - it's worth it.
Reasonable prices, huge portions, and nice little bread selection too. Staff are quite friendly.

Nice grilled options with a good selection of sides - the corn on the cob is probably my fsvorite.. Can get very crowded at peak times - especially since they have a very good lunch special. Their piri-piri sauce is quite spicy but very good.

Food: The food menu isn't particularly exciting but the items on the menu I tried were done well. I ordered the char grilled chicken with chips. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside and the chips were surprisingly good. I'd definitely recommend asking for their speciality chilli sauce for the chicken but be prepared for some serious heat.
Ambience: The standard Brixton Village affair; seating outside opposite all the other restaurants.
Price: Not as cheap as many of the other eateries in the village, but worth splashing out if you want a Nandos+ experience.
Service: The waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Worth the visit: As above, it's worth going for the chicken.

I love the grilled ribs here. One of my favourite places in Brixton. It's basic, simple and unfussy with proper chips. Just go easy on the hot sauce!
