I don't usually give good reviews but the food we had was top notch. Tables , cutlery , plates all spotless. Waiter service terrific and the food fantastic and tasted freshly spiced and aromatic. Sad to see that COV19 has created problems for many restaurants in terms of business but hopefully this little gem of a restaurant can survive.

The food was good and reasonably priced, and the wait staff very attentive. I do agree with other reviewers about the 3.95 charge for bottled water; that was excessive. I did not specifically ask for bottled water, and have never been charged for water at similar restaurants. Had I known, I would not have asked for any water at all.

I have had the pleasure of growing up eating at this delicious local restaurant. Lovely staff who always remember my family and are courteous, yet friendly. Mouthwatering food with generous portions served hot and promptly for pick up or to eat in the cozy restaurant. We once introduced another family to it and they liked it so much they would drive all the way from Barnes just to get their take away from here!

Really great food. It’s a bit off the tourist tracks and that’s a plus. I had the Thali plate with meat (19,90 £) and could hardly finish it. Loved it

Okra and eggplant dishes were on point!!! The byrani wasn't the best but all in all I'd go back. Red wine was reasonable and quite good.
