I happened to stumble across this beautiful shop, intrigued I went in. I was meet by the friendly team, Eddie, and the warm and welcoming environment. I brought my family here and I have to say we were really blown away by customer service, namely Eddie and the barista (whose name I didn’t catch). The ice creams are amazing and were so creamy, we really enjoyed our desserts and we will be coming back very soon. You have to try it!

One of my favourite ever places for sweet treats! So many delicious options- personal favourite are the waffles which are just amazing. You can taste the quality of the ice cream and I love that they introduce seasonal specials to the menu. I’ve been a number of times and each visit has been amazing- from the desserts to the lovely staff. Highly recommend these guys!!

This place is our little oasis of joy. The ice cream is divine and the staff even more so. An independent small business that goes and beyond for its customers and the community. Always greeted with a warm welcome and we have genuinely never had a flavour we don’t like. As a vegan there is always a great variety of options for me and our son loves to chomp his way through all of the other flavours. Truly don’t think twice just go there (or order delivery) you won’t be sorry!

I loved the idea around "Sammie": an ice cream sandwich with proper cookies; plus, mango sorbet was dreamy. Jefferson's quality is impressive, I need to plan a second visit to try their more complex desserts. Lovely lady at the counter, she was very keen to explain the various options to customers. Also, this branch is open from 10.00 over the weekend (hoping they will expand to Central / North London in the future)

If you are looking for some good old school ice cream parlour(not gelato), this is your place to go. As an ice cream fan, personally don’t enjoy gelato much (pls don’t judge), and was struggling to find a place in the neighbourhood that served good ice cream. Really like the texture and flavour. They have a loyalty program as well that gives you a free ice cream scoop after 8-9 ice creams I think (through magic stamp app). Service is really good, all servers are friendly and guide you through flavour options. Not 5 star perfect rating as I would love to see more flavours (fruity) and the quality of the cone waffle could be improved (quite basic and over cooked currently). Overall highly recommended!!!

Jefferson’s has once again done it to perfection, coming here from Taro. Having a sweet tooth for these desserts, these are amazing. The waffle comes nice and hot, with the ice cream on top, melting the ice cream giving the waffle a simply delicious touch. Highly recommend the apple and cinnamon waffle 👍👍

Absolutely awesome ice-cream! Worth making a trip if you’re in Southwest London. The interiors are bright and modern, perks up your spirit just stepping in. An indulgent time to be had... Loosen your belt buckle and get stuck in to the treats on offer. Delicious waffles and ice cream are a great choice, the waffles are as light as a cloud and the ice cream is just the best. Creamy, deep, sumptuous. The coffee is also very good quality. And to top it off the service is top notch.
