The service was great and the spicy chipotle Chicken burrito was yummy. The beef burrito wasn't as tasty. We had a 2 for 1 meal voucher, which made the overall cost very reasonable. Without the discount it's quite pricey. I expected the venue to be like a subway with just takeaway facility, judging from photos. However the venue was a bit nicer than expected. With cosy sofas and tables for eating in guests. Latin music and dimmed lighting.
Popped in here on a quick lunch around Kings Cross . Service was friendly and RAPID .. i was in and out in no time. food was fab i had the Beef Burrito ! Woudl definitely reccomend
We enjoy this place so much. I feel like the burrito is so good I want to have it everyday. My partner likes the beef burrito and I used to go for the chicken one but once I've tasted the beef burrito is the only option I go for now.
All the ingredients are so fresh and the place looks clean. The staff is very helpful and you can try before you select which one you wanna opt for.
The portions are very big and they have a nice option of healthy tortilla chips.
It's super delicious and I recommend this place to everyone.
Initially I was a little surprised when I saw this as I walked by it because "Burritos" and "Cafes" are not two words that I always associate with each other but I was so intrigued that I decided to give it a try. The chicken burrito I had was good; they have a very similar service style to Chipotle and Chilango in that you choose your meat and then add the toppings you want in your burrito. It was good to try that one time, but I don't know if I will go back again.
Open till 3am on weekends, Burrito cafe is a small yet enjoyable Mexican restaurant. With small salsa and tortilla chip tasters at the entrance, I always enjoyed going to Burrito Cafe. Although my first visit led to me getting stomach pains and slight sickness, the food itself was decent and reasonably priced in general. The decor is very homely, with nice wooden tables and stools and small salsa bottles at each table.
yay a burrito place with halal chicken. Although thats the only thing halal. The burrito bar provides an wide array of choices of what to put in the burrito similar to Subway in terms of choosing. But the burritos were quite delish, make sure to get sour cream and guacamole yum! The reason it did not score the max is because of the price I think for the two of us to eat burrito plus two drinks like £17 or so. I like the quaint atmosphere. It is near the travellers area of Kings Cross St Pancras.
P.s. There is no toilet :/ but there is a sink.
I would go back!
This Burrito Cafe stands slightly higher in terms of quality than a lot of the takeaway food places surrounding it. Though it's not really designed for you to sit in for a meal - yes there are tables and chairs, but no toilet facilities available and it's not very comfortable - it provides a fast food service of reliable quality. Whenever I have been there the ingredients have been fresh and the burritos filling. Unfortunately there is little else to say. Which should tell you something
I’ve only ever ordered takeaway, and while good, there’s a strange variance in what you get each time, despite ordering the same thing. Ordering two identical nachos, for example, will get you two very different dishes: different toppings, different dispersal of ingredients, and different amounts of basics like cheese. Also, annoyingly, the chips all lay at the bottom and get stuck together with the melted cheese. Ordering a side of chips is recommended, though you don’t get very many for your £1.75.
I recommend having a large burrito to take away from this place. Mine was with pulled pork. While £7,95 might sound a lot for fast food, the portion was truly enormous & it took two of us to finish it!
I say to take away, because you don't really want other people to see you eat this.
The taste is great. A blend of spices, condiments & herbs that reminds of Mexican food, but also gives it a nice extra zest.
Enjoyed a Groupon dinner deal. The burrito's were a decent size and were very yummy! The guy who served us was polite and friendly, good service. The 'nachos' were just a bag of tortilla chips though not actual nachos other than that the place looked relatively clean and the sitting area at the back was very comfortable

My second day there this week... i had the naked one on Tuesday and the normal one today! I’ll definitely get back next week... shame I cannot have the quesadilla.. my lactose intolerant won’t like it...

Pretty decent burritos, tasty and big (if you get the large one) with standard stuffing options.
The service is quick and friendly.
Churros are not the best.
They normally have convenient promotions on the most famous coupon websites...
Staff are always so friendly, helpful, offer suggestions, greet portion sizes, the only thing you're charged extra for is guac, but everything else such as salsa, cheese and lettuce are included in the price. Great taste. Would highly recommend. There's space to eat inside, there are often nibbles while you're choosing such as salsa and tortilla chips.
Noticeably better than the burritos from Chilango, Chipotle, Chiquito, Benito's hat. Great friendly service, nice little bar in a superb location, always seating available, open until very late, perfect burrito, the large size is excellent value and will fill most people up, drinks a little expensive but in line with other drop-in eateries. Really amazing, great place to get a filling lunch or late night drunk snack.
Extremely friendly staff that provides great service. The ingredients always taste so fresh and they have a wide range of tasty salsas that go perfectly with your meals. Highly recommend this place
Never had a bad meal here. All ways on point and close to a number of cocktail bars so you can sober up after boozing the night away. Its open untill late also.
Lost my bracelet here after a burrito one Friday night - was worried I'd never get it back, but theyd found it and I managed to get it back :) food is alright, they charge extra for guac
