It’s in a wonderful location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Inside has a nice ambiance, and its comfortable. If you are going here for the food, you have to bare in mind that the food is ‘Caribbean inspired’. This means that the cuisine isn’t an authentic caribbean / Jamaican experience, but has been customised to local taste.

Great atmosphere for this place. The rum selection is absolutely insane. The bar staff were super friendly giving advice and suggestions. It's been a while since I've been to a bar where the staff actually talk to you instead of just asking what you want. Will defo come back

Was just walking around Canary Wharf looking for a nice place to sit outside and just grab a coffee and sit for a while and decided to go with Rum&Sugar it looked nice and cute. The place looked great and the sitting outside was awesome. The staff was very nice and it looks like they do happy hour and special offers. I will for sure come back to enjoy this place. Maybe a cocktail or five on my next visit.

The food is good value for money. Lovely mushroom burger! Cocktails are nice too and good happy hour deals. Service is okay (waitresses not unfriendly but not very welcoming too).

An ever-changing and evolving menu combined with over 200 rums, a wide selection of cocktails and also a variety of lagers and beers, and happy hour Mon - Sat until 7pm makes this a perfect spot for after work drinks or a great place to start a night out when you want a light meal (and pre-drinks drinks). One of the entrances backs onto the Museum of London Docklands and that makes it a nice place to visit for lunch after exploring. Like the museum, the bar is located among the old warehouses and complete with dockside views, this bar offers a rustic feel with leather armchairs smashed with contempory West Indian/ English food. You'll find there is something here for everyone!

We went for a birthday celebration. Other members of my group took advantage of the the 2 for 1 on the cocktails. They all seemed to enjoy them as quite a few were ordered. For food half of the group ordered platters. We tried the seafood, jerk and wing platter. My favourite was the wing platter. Sea food platter was a little too oily for some of the battered items. The prawns and squid were nice though. The chicken wings on the jerk platter wasn't as good as on the wing platter. Had plantains and sweet potato chips for sides. Loved the plantains. Sweet potato chips could have been a bit more crispy. Some of the group had jerk chicken and took the quarter option, they all said they wished they had gone for the half portion. It was that nice. I hope to visit again in the near future
