From the moment I stepped into Itsu Regents place I was blown away by how welcoming all the staff were. Especially the team leader Ethan, whenever I saw him when I visited the shop he always had a smile on his face and was constantly interacting with customers and making sure the store was clean and tidy. He helped me choose an amazing Korean stir-fry noodles which was delicious. When my order was ready after a couple of minutes I was greeted with a smile from my server and because of this experience I have no doubt in my mind that I will definitely come back for years to come.

Excellent service and fresh food. Came in last minute with 30 people and the staff dealt with our huge order very efficiently while still ensuring all other customers were being served. Very friendly staff also.
