Popped in for lunch with my wife. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we walked in, despite the sudden rush of guest. We were straight away, despite no reservation. Darby's serves very good, hearty food delivered by an exceptional dining room team (warm, friendly, and generous). I'd strongly recommend the beef (big mac) nuggets and the beef and bone marrow pie (with a croissant pastry top). The also serve a top draw espresso Martini. Mike and Eliott were great. We'll definitely be back!

We went to Darby's for lunch today after seeing the restaurant on Masterchef and we weren't disappointed. The food, wine and service were all excellent. Elliot, who was our server, was great. The restaurant also allows dogs 🐶 - can't wait to visit again and bring our spaniel. I would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and surroundings at Darby's. Really like the way the dining room is set out with most tables having a view of the open kitchen. Really good service, short cocktail menu but not a problem to make any cocktails you want. Great Pisco Sours! Food was really good. We opted for a few snacks which were all fab , a main course each and shared a dessert. The pork chop was excellent (although wasn't keen on the creamed cavalo nero side dish) and the fig with a mini baked Alaska was super tasty. Would definitely go back

Hands-down, the best restaurant in London! The menu changes every few weeks and every time it’s better than the last. I recommend any lamb dish to anyone who goes! Both dinner and lunch are great! Especially the lamb shoulder for Sunday roast! The staff are amazing, friendly and attentive, the decor absolutely stunning, and the whole environment is an absolute pleasure in general! Thanks Darbys! I’m you biggest fan 🩷🩷

To be honest wether you go for dinner, lunch or just few drinks this place is always good! The drinks and the food are great, I love their pastas and the steaks. The atmosphere is great, it’s so peaceful especially in summer when you can enjoy a nice lunch outside or a few drinks by the pond. The staff is also extremely nice and professional. Don’t forget to book your Sunday table for one of the best Sunday roasts!!

Have been meaning to try Darby's now for years. Met a friend from out of town, and this place did not disappoint. The menu looked delicious. Tried the Ham Hock Croquettes (slightly small) but delicious non the less. Both opted for the Roast Beef Lunch. This is by far the best Sunday lunch I have had in a very long time. Beef was tender and succulent. Amazing potato pave, and lots of fresh root vegetables. The service was beyond perfect. Our server (Ollie) was the best. Got the barman to make cocktails that weren't on the menu. His recommendations (Amaretto Sours) He was attentive, with great energy. The acoustic band playing in the background were amazing. All in all 10/10

I had no idea what a hidden gem Darby’s was! Beautiful restaurant, lots of tables but also had a good amount of people there and a nice ambience. Service was friendly and attentive (occasionally a little slow at the start, but that picked up as our meal went on). The food was incredibly good. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and the meat they served was top-notch! This has to be one of the best steaks I’ve had for awhile. I went for the sirloin which was delicious, and my friend went for the rib which also looked incredible! We ordered the crispy potatoes, broccoli and peppercorn sauce on the side. All of them were cooked to perfection! The crispy potatoes were a favourite of mine. If you like your steak, you must give this place a try!

We enjoyed the beef cubes and also had the Cornish crab. We ordered the pate de champagne which was well done. For the main course we had the pollock and the mackerel. Unfortunately the mackerel was too salty and I would give it a miss. Overall the place has good vibes and is in a nice neighbourhood.

GLORIOUS! We visited here for Sunday lunch and it was STUNNING! We started with cocktails (all delightful) and then sampled a few bites (the beef nuggets were great). We then moved on to the roast beef and it was phenomenal. Definitely the best roast I've ever had. The beef was cooked to perfection, the beef fat potatoes were heaven and the beetroot horseradish topped it all off. The wines were mediocre, but the food more than made up for it. The desserts were equally as delightful as the mains - the creme brulee was the star of the show. To top it all off, they're dog friendly and have fabulous live music! 😍 Will be recommending this place to everyone. 10/10 - fantastic chefs. Thank you!

Darby’s restaurant is in a nice location, overlooking the American Embassy. We had drinks on the terrace and the staff made us feel very welcome. However the experience after moving inside for dinner went by the waist side!! Or shall I say lack of! The food was nicely prepared but nothing outstanding.
