The food was okay but the service was bad. We asked for the loaded fries as a starter and we got them after the main. We couldn't communicate well with the staff and they didn't seem interested to help.
If Your looking for a good quality Nando's which serves Halal food. Shepherd's Bush (Uxbridge road) is a great option for you. They have a family orientated atmosphere, polite and efficient staff, plus the option to order food from your table via the app. Is it the most stylish branch? No. But the quality of food & taste has always been consistent.
We have been there for a special accation with friends and family. The ambient and the atmosphere there were good. We ordered a full platter, and we can choose from a different range of salads, two types of chips, and bread. One big minus is that there are no served hot drinks, and most of the people miss the entrance when caming for the first time.
