A wonderful place hidden from the madness of Oxford Circus. Amazing food, incredible service...every time! Couldn't recommend it enough!
Came for lunch with my best friend and glad we found this hidden gem. Absolutely loved it, staff couldn't do enough for the two of us and the food was delicious.
If you've been keeping up to date with recent blog posts you'll know that I've recently started a new job and left my beloved Soho behind. Okay, so Fitzrovia is hardly a million miles away, but it means I've got a whole load of new restaurants and cafés to explore. Yesterday evening I began doing just that when I visited Bellaria for a spot of dinner. My sister has worked up in this area for a while and so I let her pick the restaurant and she booked Bellaria as they're currently offering a 50% off starters and mains deal on toptable . The deal didn't include items listed as 'signature dishes' but we were informed by the waiter that if we did want to order any of these they'd be 25% off. What a great deal! The small restaurant sits on the corner of Great Titchfield St and Langham Street directly opposite another Italian which I'm yet to investigate. It is a cosy classic restaurant; six minutes walk from Oxford Circus. We went there for my friend’s birthday.
I did not order a starter, but some of the guests did and the dishes looked amazing, which made me regret not ordering one. From salmon, to shrimps to Mozzarella, they had a wide range of choice for all tastes. For the main, I ordered the Chestnut Tortellini, filled with Ricotta cheese and pumpkin; it was really good and only £13.50. The service was exceptional, as soon as we arrived, we had waiters taking our coats, then filling our glasses and refilling them as soon as they are empty. Also, by the end, we had some trouble with the bill so the waiter was kind enough to remove the service charge, without us asking for it. It was impressive.
We had a good dinner overall and it is a perfect place for a cosy quiet restaurant night out where you can hear others talk and enjoy the tasty Italian food for a affordable price.
Imagine a friendly, intimate Italian restaurant!
I found Bellaria to be intimate and friendly in many ways, more so than any other Italian restaurant where I have dined!
Each delicious dish was individually prepared for us after discussion with the waiter. The Sicilian wine came as a result of a delightful conversation with the same person, and the portions were just right for us!
Daily menus seemed all delicious. The dishes I had were all delicious and wonderful.
It is neither too big or too small but I suggest to book a table.
I ended my evening with a glass of limoncello. INCREDIBLY GOOD!
Delightful all around and we highly recommend it.
Bellaria Restaurant. The food was out of this world! The service outstanding and friendly. We went for a late lunch so the restaurant was quiet but this did not detract from the experience. We both love seafood, and found both dishes delicious. Will most definitely be returning.
What a cute little gem of a restaurant this is. Everything about this place was fab! Food was delicious! Tasty, fresh, just divine! We had an al fresco dining experience but when I stepped into the restaurant, I was even more surprised. It was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were just great too. Friendly, warm and very attentive. The street views were also very delightful. Wine options were great. Great value for money and I will certainly be going back! Can’t recommend highly enough

The food, the ambience (art, background music, wine bottles all over the walls), the service, the attention to detail ... I cannot emphasise enough how much of a great restaurant Bellaria is.
My experience started with a warm welcome, and we were offered samples of wine before making a selection - I forgot to ask for the old man's name, he really knows his wines.
Constantly vigilant as to the customer's needs (I.e. glass needs a refill, new cutlery, any other requests)
Cheers for accommodating my request for a table by the window - it did not disappoint. I'd recommend this for a date, it is quite the romantic spot 💯
Cons: a bit cramped up with some tables in very close proximity from each other. I could almost hear the breathing of the man at the table behind me 😂 But this was not an issue as they have replicated the actual setting from restaurants in Northern Italy🇮🇹 (fact-checked by my lovely date).

An absolute divine delicacy,
You can taste the subtle freshness of the ocean in the seafoodbite carrot sticks are a wonderful surprise that adds depth to this dish. I was a tad skeptical about the Whitebait but it turned out to be my second favourite thing here 🤯 The #1 spot is for the Salmon with such a refreshing mild flavour profile, simple but tasty 😋
Black Agnolotti
I have never in my life had such a flavourful pasta dish. Pasta stuffed with mixed seafood - not only is the pasta handmade and fresh but the culmination is the seafood with which it is stuffed. And the breathtakingly rich cherry tomato, basil sauce and lime zest escorted this dish to 5 stars 🌟 Complete and utter bliss - both my date and I were fully satisfied 😌

2020 Visconti della Rocca, Gran Edizione Primitivo
A smooth Primitivo lead by notes of raspberry, black cherry and liquorice, then complimented by hints of oak, vanilla, and chocolate. We definitely should have ordered a different wine to pair with the seafood nonetheless, it was surprisingly perfectly balanced and somehow it worked with the seafood.
In short, great restaurant! Decently sized portions for gourmet food, and the price you'd expect for everything I have mentioned here. I would definitely recommend this, especially for an intimate date.

I hand Stuffed tortellini with ricotta cheese and truffle and a a ring of pumpkin in the middle. . . It was finger licking amazing. Their cappuccino is really great too. Haven’t try the desert yet but it looked really fantastic. I will be back soon. Thank you!
I got a pasta arrabiata, the portion was well served, the staff and service were outstanding. We ate outdoors and the weather was just excellent. My pasta was really good! I really hate when you still feel hungry after a meal which is not the case at Bellaria!!!
Amazing food, was taken here for my birthday, absolutely flavoursome food and I have to recommend the beef Ragu, the staff here are wicked and most welcoming and helpful, i was sung happy birthday by every staff member, this place is a must visit if in the area
Wonderful Italian cuisine, authentic wines . Friendly staff , who address you ' Monsieur ' in the typical Italian accent . The lamb roast was excellent . And the desserts were awesome too . Parking can be an issue , but it's walkable from the Oxford circus tube station .
Generous portions and excellent food. The downstairs is much nicer. The upper part is still nice but a bit cold when the door opens. Staff is very nice and offers good service.

Beautiful food and service - had the linguine with clams and it tasted delicious, very flavourful. Lots of seating downstairs as well as some seats outside which is nice in warmer weather. Great atmosphere.
Lovely decor in the basement where you can enjoy good italian food. Enough space for large group, it was 14 of us and 3 course dinner was served quickly. Nice swing, jazz, music in the background, candles and dimmed light makes this place really cosy!
