My favorite food in London. I use it several times a week.
I've been to this place about 20 times in the past 3 months. It's a bit of a walk from my office but oh my god it's worth it. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. The food is tasty, filling and above all for me, HEALTHY. For £5-£7 you'll get a plate full of saucy meat, fresh vegetables and a starch of your choice. Unlike so many places in London, they are consistently good. We actually take pictures of the food and send them to our colleagues that couldn't make it out for lunch, just to taunt them! If you want a reasonably priced, large portioned, healthy, hot meal for lunch - this is the best place in London!
Still the best deli I have found in the area. Fresh delicious healthy foods and treats. You feel you have invested in yourself with a lunch here.
Great flavorful selection of mostly Italian and European food. Massive portions. Very reasonable prices. Limit seating. Best for takeaway.
Nice selection of pasta, salads and chicken dishes. Small with only a few seats, mainly seems to do takeaway at lunchtime. Food was good and the staff pleasant.

Generous portions of home cooked food which look great and taste good. I can imagine it tasting better to other people but it's not the sort of flavour that I usually go for.
Great place to grab some pasta or other Italian delights. Popular with office workers nearby for good reason. They also have veggie options which is greatly appreciated!
The best lunch in the area. Try 1/2 and 1/2 pasta or the chicken in white sauce. Very friendly staff, recommend highly.
