Frankie & Benny's

We visited the restaurant on Monday to try the new menu . Thanks to our waitress Ibolya she did recommend many new dishes accordingly to our taste . She didn’t mind to spend more time to explain the ingredients in the dish and what flavour could taste like . Such a patient person and excellent service . Definitely we will return, congrats to the company for this new flavourful menu

The staff at this branch are so helpful & friendly; in particular, Lois is friendly & accommodating, giving customers time to enjoy their meal at a pace to suit the individual party & making suggestions on good combinations, when requested. The lunch menu is very reasonably priced & the team always deliver, particularly during special occasions, such as Mothers’ Day/Christmas/birthdays, as well as for a quick stop for brunch or a coffee. Would highly recommend.

The vegan burger was great, but I didn't know that by ordering a NO-Cheesecake(vegan cheesecake) actually means paying for not getting any. Basically I was waiting for more than 20 minutes for a freaking desert(which is probably stored in a cold place in the kitchen area somewhere, ready to be served), all you need to do is put them on a plate and take them out however still no no-cheesecake(pun intended) and it wasn't even a busy time of the day. I just had to leave so I quickly paid for my order through their QR code, at least for the bill you don't need to wait I guess that's good in terms of service. But again the food is great, I usually order through deliveroo from them. Yet I'm still leaving a 5 star on this regardless of my bad experience, I'm sure it was not on purpose.

Had a lovely evening at Frankie & Benny's. Was very surprised that they had a nice option of vegan meals on the menu. Absolutely lovely staff. Patryk and Aniko who served my table was polite,friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere. Food was excellent. I ordered the Viva La Vegan Burger and hubby The Smoky Beet,both 😋😋👍👌 Chefs were also pleasant. Overall a great 1st time experience at this restaurant. Would definitely recommend and visit again.Thank you for a lovely evening celebrating our family birthday.

I had a fantastic time at Frankie & Benny's after a couple of let downs at other branches. The staff were very nice, especially Lawrence who was very warm, jovial and attentive. The food was also very delicious and reminded me of why I started going to F&B in the first place. Truly had a 5 star experience!
