I love this supermarket! The bread and bakery section is full of fresh products that look delicious. There is a good variety of fruits and vegetables as well as many take away dishes. The portion aren't too big, perfect for a light snack. There are many organic and local product. A bar station allows you to prepare hot coffee and tea. In the entrance there are clothing items. The store was exceptionally clean, spacious and well stocked. I went on a weekday, the store was extremely busy with customers mainly in the foodhall area. There is wide variety of hot and cold foods available. There was a short wait in the queue to use the foodhall self- service checkout, of which there are many. A member of staff was available at the checkouts to assist shoppers.

Staff are very helpful as always. New food hall is amazing! (Some) items are the same or even cheaper than Asda and lidl, eg, Asda has 3 medium onions in a pack for a £1. M&S has large onions, 25p each, and option to choose suitable size for less wasting, we can get 4 large onions for £1. Same with garlic prices. Many people are scared to get into M&S, thinking that it's very expensive but we can always find something to suits our budget, thinking of quality, no comparison with the other Supermarkets!!
