I didn’t manage to catch his name, but the staff member working here today around lunchtime is a credit to Pret. He was very kind, and made a perfect iced latte. He was also very diligent, constantly on the move doing tasks, and had a keen eye for detail as he rearranged the shelves neatly regularly after customers moved things.
Great service.

Decent Pret not a great fan of the coffee but a good place to sit and have a meeting and the staff are nice and do not hassle you
There is a toilet here if you ask for the key and it is quite clean
