Had my usual oatmilk latte from this establishment. Located in the Loft level of Paddington train station right next to the entrance to the Hilton Hotel. No frills greeting, but it was early morning. Very busy foot traffic.

Finally they've learnt to use technology properly. They now print labels for your drink. The name was pulled from my app that I used to pay for the drink.

Always stop here for a coffee before boarding. The coffee is served promptly, but if you are pushing boarding time and place is busy, then it might be best to skip it...or order ahead.
There are a few seats available, but this can get full if there are multiple delayed trains.
Staff are generally good, but this isn't really a place where you become a regular.
I have a good experience on every visit, which is about twice a month.

This is a brilliant Starbucks the first time that I’ve actually had the order that I’ve asked for. Highly recommend this place if you need to grab a drink before getting the train

Quick service, clean bright seating area, decent selection... the coffee was just OK. I like a cold brew with coconut milk and it wasn't what I'm used to.
