Had my usual oatmilk latte from this establishment. Located in the Loft level of Paddington train station right next to the entrance to the Hilton Hotel. No frills greeting, but it was early morning. Very busy foot traffic.
Had a few hours till my next train and I had the choice of Starbucks or the other local coffee place. As I entered it was very busy and there was a massive queue. After queuing the lady took my order and the coffee was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. There is limited space to sit due to the cafe being located in a corner, but overall the experience was a good one as there was nothing I can say which was out of place. It was clean and pleasant, and when I did get a seat it was comfortable with a view out to the station over M&S. great place for a stop over if your looking for one!
Finally they've learnt to use technology properly. They now print labels for your drink. The name was pulled from my app that I used to pay for the drink.
