Had my usual oatmilk latte from this establishment. Located in the Loft level of Paddington train station right next to the entrance to the Hilton Hotel. No frills greeting, but it was early morning. Very busy foot traffic.
Had a few hours till my next train and I had the choice of Starbucks or the other local coffee place. As I entered it was very busy and there was a massive queue. After queuing the lady took my order and the coffee was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. There is limited space to sit due to the cafe being located in a corner, but overall the experience was a good one as there was nothing I can say which was out of place. It was clean and pleasant, and when I did get a seat it was comfortable with a view out to the station over M&S. great place for a stop over if your looking for one!
Finally they've learnt to use technology properly. They now print labels for your drink. The name was pulled from my app that I used to pay for the drink.
Lina is a gem. Great service. Starbucks is Starbucks- it’s you’re people that make it great.
Friendly staff Even in the Late Hours of the day. The frappuciono with strawberry taste was Great. The small Starbucks inside of paddington Station ist located on the First floor via escelator. There is also room to ist down and watch Whats going in downstairs at the sainsbury local store. There is also a small Counter with Souvenir mugs and a Counter with fresh Sandwiches.
Quick service, clean bright seating area, decent selection... the coffee was just OK. I like a cold brew with coconut milk and it wasn't what I'm used to.

This is a brilliant Starbucks the first time that I’ve actually had the order that I’ve asked for. Highly recommend this place if you need to grab a drink before getting the train
Always stop here for a coffee before boarding. The coffee is served promptly, but if you are pushing boarding time and place is busy, then it might be best to skip it...or order ahead.
There are a few seats available, but this can get full if there are multiple delayed trains.
Staff are generally good, but this isn't really a place where you become a regular.
I have a good experience on every visit, which is about twice a month.
