We come here every time my family are in town. It’s such a great Museum! My advice is to buy a membership. Not only are you supporting the worlds greatest Museum but you get to avoid the queues (which can be quite long, and no fun in the rain!) and enter at 10am when the Museum is just opening. We recently did the Spirit Collection tour which was fantastic value for money and gave a great insight into some of the Museums fascinating history. If you can get on this tour it’s well worth it. You can start to haemorrhage money in the multitude of shops and restaurants but you do get a 20% discount and you get that nice warm feeling that you’re contributing to something quite special. Loved it!

I was so excited and happy to be at this museum and I was definitely impressed by the exhibits. I'm 30yo and I felt like a kid discovering the world again.

The food was surprisingly better than what I expected from a fast food at tourist attraction. The pizza was more than enough for one person. The burger was fine. The only downside of this place is hygiene. The furniture is stained, the floors are littered, the accessories on the tables don’t convey the feeling of cleanness. It’s probably related to crowds of kids passing through this place - but still I believe they can do better. One more thing- the place is very accessible for people with movement disabilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very convenient location inside the nature history museum. Very nice place, they even have two moving dinosaurs at the entrance. Not busy when we ate at 14:30 and nice staff. Pizza is very fresh and tastes good but both kid meal fish and chicken are way too salty for kids. Also desserts arrive incredibly late

Liked the sitting area and the hall. Convenient place in the restaurant. Service was good but a bit slow. Staff was totally honest and tells you upfront how long your orde will take.

A pleasant surprise to find a dining room next to the Diplodocus exhibit in the heart of the museum. Vaulted skylit arcade leads into the dining room. The bones of the museum so to speak lend a touch of grandeur. Reasonable beer and wine offer. Animatronics at entrance are a hit with young patrons.

The waitress was nice to me and introduce by introduce me to the table and explain the ordering SOP. I came in as I saw there’s an aubergine pizza, I have never seen this in my own country. The pizza is good, just that it is too big for a single person to finish it.

Despite being in the NHM, it wasn't overcrowded . The staff were helpful and friendly but not quite organised. Food was good and not overpriced for London. Good space for a childs meal or a coffee stop whilst looking around the museum

You can feel the quietness of the museum while looking at the past creatures painted on the wall. Personally, the salad was very delicious.

It's a restaurant named 'T Rex' and has a couple animatronic dinosaurs in the entrance hall, so setting expectations appropriately, it has rather good food and is quite clean. If you have kids 5+ and you are relaxed about them eating a little junk food sometimes then this is a good place. It's not cheap but considering the area it's very fairly priced. The poor staff are swamped, thankfully I've never seen the place more than 1/3 full. They put on an amazingly friendly face considering how crazy it must be during lunch. The kids menu is a bit... 1990s - pizza, burgers, and chicken nuggets. I do wish they would have a couple healthier options for kids - there is an adult grilled chicken that would be perfect if offered as a smaller portion. A pan fried or grilled fish or some more kid friendly side dishes (e.g. one vegetable option that isn't fried or with chilli) would be wonderful.

We have been here a few times and the food has been just above average. although the last time we went there the variety of food available was good and also served deliciously. the service was much better which meant we sat down and got served without having the way what hand for a number of times looking for a waiter or waitress
