Forever my favourite Starbucks! Every single member of staff are so nice, friendly and chatty. I've always felt more than welcome here. They keep the café very clean and make the drinks so perfectly compared to other Starbucks. The café is really nice chilled design and pretty central Manchester as its on Oxford road, good for students and workers.

This place is real cozy and comfortable. Seating up front is good for people watching and the seating in the back is more for people just wanting to relax and chat or tend to their mobile devices. Staff was awesome and patient. Come here before your day in London.

The nicest staff you'll ever find. This isn't my local Starbucks but I've been in here several times and every time the staff have been the nicest people and even on a bad day they've cheered me up. I'm sitting in here now and just got served by the most lovely woman who took my order and the nicest guy who put it through the till. The coffee is great and so is the atmosphere. Very impressive.

Walking into this Starbucks it is very narrow after the first seating area. Beyond the service counter it opens up a bit more with more seating. For a decent get-together, this can be a great starting point to continue enjoying the venues around. Prices are competitive to London prices. There's a lot of natural light. The staff are friendly. However, I must add, if you need to have a wee...be prepared to carry a large whisk as a key chain! Although people generally just pass it to the next person. This location is very close to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. So if you're craving a Venti White Chocolate Mocha, this is your spot.

I just wanna say this about this store. In January I had the most awful situation of my life where involved me in an operation put me under for a while. I had a skin cancer operated and removed. After that I become Homeless and Jobless. No house, no life, no friends and the only place where I could go to relax and be friendly wormed up was this store. I always loved Starbucks but I never thought a store with his stuff could permit me to cheer up and go ahead the issuer of my life. From the manger to the new stuff I always received good service and good product and always been payed everything and never asked for nothing free. I had the chance to sort my self and my debt but unfortunately again another issue put on the street after 6 months with a bad fraud. I arrived inside the store and the stuff warmly received me. Immediately understood the situation and emotionally from one of the stuff I received an amazing note saying: "we will be here for you 4ever!". Let me say that for how unlike my life can be atm here I feel home and I feel safe. I think that in the history of the retail and coffee shop this is the most amazing compliment that someone can give to a store and brand. Do without add anything more I say to all Starbucks company a big amazing THANKS, because you been and are one of the TOP 5 reason I did not lose, after been thinking a lot to end this life, the reason to keep live and fight. I know is a big and huge dramatic compliment but this is what happen and how mentally they helped me. Thanks to Giorgia, Abe, Val and all the rest of the stuff. A big kiss Marco Patti

Great place, as it stays open late and it is one of only 2 Starbucks where you can order the ☆ Reserved Coffee, which is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this Starbucks, which is also located in Central London, close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square.

Great cozy spot with good free WiFi and good service. Super comfy couch and great pastries. Good location too. Sadly the bathroom was in such a disgusting state it was completely unusable and I had to subtract a star.
