Went for my son 16 today loved it chef was chatting and let him have a go at cooking staff explained and fantastic food would definitely go back and recommend for any special occasion xxxx

There is no need to order starters at this place as they do give some complimentary tasters to you as soon as you are seated. Directly order their mains. We went for their teppenyaki. It was by far the best teppenyaki that i have had so far. This restaurant is a bit expensive but you would not mind paying this much once a while.
I went to this restaurant for the first time along with few friends and i really enjoyed my time over there. The chef was quirky and innovative in preparing dishes. The food that we ordered for ourselves was appealing and appetizing. I would definitely come back again and would recommend it to every one!
I had a great experience dining at this restaurant. The chef who was serving our table was friendly and very hospitable along with being jovial with us. The place was not that packed when we visited as it was the world cup semi-final night. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
I was here last summer with my partner for a vacation and had a truly great time. We ordered for a platter to try out most of the dishes before ordering for one, and we were surprised to witness that most of the dishes were prepared nicely and tasted delicious. The platter was very reasonably priced and was served in a very presentable manner.
The chef was preparing our food in front of us with some knife juggling act and in an entertaining way. The quality of steak was exceptionally good. Perfectly cooked and very high on flavors. I must this this place is not very reasonably priced but worth a visit for its incredible steaks!
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients and correct flavors. The chef prepares the food in front of you and is quite entertaining. The portions are adequate and the prices are also decent. The experience is unique at the restaurant. the staff is competent and friendly.
The place has varied and interesting menu. One of thee most delighting factor is no need to order starters as they provide some tasters to start with before the main course, though they charge for it. The food is delicious and satiating. we ordered Teppanyaki which was immensely filling. Surely revisiting !
The major reason for me for turning up here is their twenty-four hour cocktail bar in a city where everybody goes to bed at 11 and you hardly find any place during late night here. Their staff and the room service they provide is what really makes this place shine. They are very attentive and efficient in their work. The interiors have been designed in a very contemporary manner with black and white tile and plate glasses.
I have only good things to say about this hotel. In fact i think it was a really good decision to stay here during my trip to the city. The location of the place is very convenient and well stationed for all the tourist places are at a really easy distance.The view from the place is also fantastic given its proximity to the river.
The rooms are fantastic and the presence of a world class gym just completes the list of things that i look for in a hotel.
I had the opportunity of having the continental breakfast included in my room tariff and i tried it twice during my stay.It was just fantastic and the staff was sweet enough to cater to my requests too.The items on offer were pretty varied and tasted wonderful.The ingredients were fresh and healthy. They coffee too tasted pretty amazing.
All in all a great time, i will definitely stay here for my next trip.
My stay here at this hotel was wonderful. I had a room which was the size of a junior suite with a stand up shower and a bath tub! The best bit was the water pressure which was amazing. The bed was rather big and very comfortable, Perfect to sink into. To top it all we had a pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, a gym and a bar!.
This place is so centrally located that going to any part of the town was rather easy. Right outside we had a beautiful cathedral. If you decide to walk down in any direction for about 15 minutes you can reach some interesting places, like Covent garden, Borough market etc.
Great cooking show but after our meal was cooked! (you can request the cooking show once your meal has been cooked) Please be advised if you are a person who does not drink alcohol to be asked to be seated on a separate table as the food is cooked with alcohol! (especially for muslims). I believe the food is overpriced for rice and chicken and soup! Our chef was great and would recommend this restaurant for special/date nights.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Absolutely amazing experience. The staff treated my daughter like a guest of honour as it was her 7th birthday. Thanks again.
Haven't been in a while. Waited for an hour before we was given soup and a starter. I must say though. The staff were very apologetic and the food ( tiger prawns especially) were worth the wait. I was just a little frustrated as we had a booking after and they had made us EXTREMELY late that we missed the booking and they almost refused us entry. I would recommend this restaurant but I would say be prepared to sit there and wait for the table to fill if your party is 5 or less.

Great Teppanyaki restraunt with a good selection 9f food. Weekday evenings are usually quite where you can sometimes get your own chef for your group and won't require to share. I would recommend the tenderloin steak with lobster tail or black cod

Great experience, took the kids and they loved it too. Food was very good too and it was just under £200 for 4 of us.
Very friendly atmosphere. The chef was especially good, entertaining, and the food was better than any other Benihana or similar Japanese steak house. My children loved the experience and wanted to come here every night.
The restaurant shows the time is open from noon to 1015 pm... We came all the way from the Heathrow area which is over an hour away, and just to get food we're craving we have over an hour wait... The open times need to be corrected... I will update my post based on service, once we eat.
So just revisiting, I originally left a 1 star, but after eating I'll leave a 4 star rating, food and staff turned out to be much better than the misleading operation times... If you come during the right hours, you'll have a good meal.
Great service, incredible food, vegetables so tasty and amazing experience! We would repeat, it was a perfect choice for my friend's birthday. Would recommend for special occasions or just a fab dining experience!
We took the in-laws here for a special treat, and we were pleased to find out they even had a mid-week offer going. The show is probably not as impressive as sen-nin in this one, but they didn't fail to impress. And the food was delicious too.
