I visited Sable D'Or in Muswell Hill for a quick snack and I was pleasantly surprised by their muffin. It was moist and fluffy, with a crunchy top and a rich chocolate flavour. It was not too sweet or dry, and it went well with a cup of coffee. The muffin was quite big and filling, and it was reasonably priced. The staff were polite and efficient, and the place was clean and cozy. I would definitely go back to try their other pastries and cakes. Sable D'Or is a great place to enjoy a delicious muffin in Muswell Hill.

My son took us to this restaurant because it was a short drive from the house. It also is an informal place where you pick you want and then they bring it to your table. This is not a fancy place. But a place to get a reasonable meal fairly quickly. I ordered an eggplant with pomegranate seeds. The others had salads and my grandson loved his chocolate filled croissant. The coffee was also good. The service was just a bit slow, but it was lunchtime and they were busy.

My mocha to go this weekend was from this place!!! The food looked delicious and they had some fresh made goods too! Everytime I have crossed this little cafe, I was like Wow yummy display!!! The food is a little over priced but the coffee is decent. I paid £2.90 for a regular sized Mocha. The taste was yummy and the staff is also sweet and smiles when you walk in. I often think, just a simple hello n smile can also cheer a stranger up and that’s the beauty of humans n expressions🥰
