We happen to visit it on our way to Stansted. This is located at Stratford, which is kind of far from the city centre, but then its a very lively and good place to drop by.
It is usually crowded but the service is fast. The ambiance is neat and bright which is a big plus for me. You get a wide variety of food options to choose from and that is all that you need when you are looking for either a quick bite or a pit stop on your way to a long drive. This place has it all.

Extending offers and options as a fresh food place,easy to see and realise how fresh are all the ingredients they use,
It’s not a cheap place but very healthy and tasty.
The place is clean and properly tidy actually is what you normally expect from this kind of restaurant...you can also eat in or take way.

I tried EAT for a quick bite for lunch and was not disappointed. I tried to opt for a vegan lunch to see how it favoured and was impressed to see they had quite a few items on the menu that were vegan. I tried the mushroom melt which has mushrooms, vegan cheese, onions and vegan mayo. It was absolutely delicious!

Food and drink are great; recycling the plastic not. So I couldn't really have the salad I wanted because my handbag was too small to fit the container it was in for home recycling. I had to settle for a sandwich instead - which was very nice, but not I wanted🤔

Great little place located at one of the entrances to the shopping mall and also opposite the underground exit which makes it a prime location and great place to stop. We had arrived early for a meeting and spent a good 30 minutes relaxing with a drink and a snack.

Sorry nice place but my daughter need to use the toilet and they told me not available the nearly toilet is on the train station what u need to ask the staff from Stratford station to leave u to use it likely was for my daughter.

Staff is polite and helps making an informed choice. They're happy to allow you to taste a bit of the lunch menu for instance a broth or anything that you are not sure about. Good range of freshly made panini sandwiches to grill, hotpots, woks, salads and overall decent fare. Just wish that they had more. Options for folks who don't fancy pork or eggs.

Eat makes the best crayfish noodle salad. Every time I see a branch I have to pop in. Good value, food tastes good and healthy too! What more can you ask for when you need a quick bite!
