They take such care in making your drinks - especially the tall, long haired male barista! The food by the counter looks GORGEOUS for lunch, planning to make a trip here one lunchtime! Much comfier and full of more personality than tintico or Costa! EDIT: can confirm its one of the best lunch places on the street!

Nice little coffee house situated in a convenient spot. Must appreciate the great service, great food and smooth coffee. Very attentive staff, clean and neat place. Lot of choices, tried flat whites, cappuccino, carrot cake and danish so far. All good. Highly recommend if you are staying around.

Good food and coffee, nice ambience. Also, left my hat there and they kept it safe for me behind the the counter. I came back and collected it, and they let me in even though they had closed for the day. Thanks!

Bites is an amazing coffee shop, it is clean modern and all the people are so lovely. Their food is delicious and reasonable for the price especially in London. One of the best parts of the cafe are the mix and match fresh salads and impeccable soups changed daily. The amazing food combined with great service is what makes this my favourite cafe.

Just had quite simply the best filled bagel I have had for a long time. Mozzarella, avocado, pesto & tomato - toasted & heavenly. Nice coffee- but bagel was star!

Probably the best cafe in the area, but not really worth traveling to if you are farther away. Sandwiches are reasonably priced, and the coffee is decent. The food, while good and served in adequate portions, would not be considered excellent.

Bites makes running a great local Café look easy when it's anything but. The heart of their success is their great food. Sandwiches are fresh, flavourful and full of ingredients you want to eat. Their mix and match salads are fantastic. Lots of places have the obligatory kale and quinoa on offer but Bites makes it all delicious. Keep up the great work!

After my second visit to Bites Coffee House, I will not be returning. I have recently moved to the area, and I am very much into the support of local/indepedent businesses. I was enticed by Bites, the lovely food it had to offer, and the free WIFI that is advertised. As my girlfriend and I are new to the area, we do not have internet in our flat, and we both rely heavily on it for work purposes. We thought this would be a perfect spot.

My first visit was pleasent, but the second time I was confronted by a rude member of staff who told me I needed to move to another table that I was working on.
At this point I had already spent in excess of £10 on food and drinks, and a couple of days before I spent £15. i thought his mannerisms were very rude. When I confronted him about it, he just sighed and told me 'its not ok' for me to stay at the table. He then proceeded to get an extension lead for me to move to another spot, which was impossible and uncomfortable for me to use. I still plugged it into the wall where my girlfriend was sitting and he didn't even apologize for the rudeness or the inconvenience.

I shall not be going here again. There are other really great coffee houses in the area with much friendlier staff that offer a welcoming vibe. I'd suggest to visit those over Bites.
