Waited in a queue for 15 mins because there was only one barista serving and taking orders all by himself. He was still friendly and trying his best. Amazing quality. Would recommend.

I been to several Chatime locations in different countries and this one is my fave Chatime locations, I usually drop by this Chatime first then wander Chinatown bubble tea in hand; it’s my secret to assuage my hunger before I pick a place to eat ;)

Massively busy at 1 pm today but the queue was moving at a decent pace. The staff was smiley. You get more boba /tapioca pearls here than in most other bubble tea places. There were plenty of flavours to choose from and the “slight” sweetness was just perfect. Mango fruit tea was delicious but I won’t be getting taro milk tea again.

The bubble tea is good defiantly but it's not "outstanding" to say. They have vegan options which is great and a whole bunch of flavours. I was surprised they didnt have many jelly options though since all the places I've been to before have had loads (I was quite excited because I saw coffe jelly as an option on a photo of a menu but it must've been an old menu since I didnt see it on the menu in store 🙁 that's not their fault though) the sanrio x chatime line is super cool. I just took off one star becuase it didnt really make me go wow when I tasted it. Great prices though!!

Nice and authentic. The foam drink was too sweet though. You can get their online app, order it and just collect it there. However, they forgot my order so we waited for a while. They were very busy so I understand but we waited for like 40 mins.

Had the Chatime milk tea with pearls and 20% sugar - not too sweet! Milk tea was milder than we would have liked (I prefer a stronger tea flavor), perhaps the oolong or roasted tea might be better will have to try again to find out. They have an app where u can order and collect so u don’t have to queue which is great! There was also a promotion for 50% off the first order on the app so do check it out.

One of the few milk tea stores in China Town. I've always loved the taste of their products. And just recently they have started a loyalty scheme that gives you a free topping after buying 5 cups or a free drink after 10 cups. I was asking for something like this before. I guess they are doing it now as a new brand of milktea just opened across Chinatown and Happy Lemon is also strongly luring other customers. Weird experience though on my last visit. The employee doing the orders, before washing the recently used blender, drank the remaining smoothie on it using the spatula. He did this in front me while I was waiting for him to take my order. I don't think he's meant to drink the small left overs in front of customers who are waiting. Some customers might also find this unhygienic as the spatula he used is the one he uses for getting smoothies out of the blender to pour it in to the cup for al other orders. To be fair he did wash it after. But it just didn't look right.
