The pie was really good, kids enjoyed their food. The fireplaces were on. The staff was very friendly, engaged with the children and brought a surprise for the birthday girl. I will definitely go there again!

Good food at reasonable prices.
Nice open space with plenty of room around tables.
Staff and service could not have been better.
Only drawback is the car park. Small with tight spaces so you might need to park on the road.

Hosted our wedding party here. Thank you so much for all the staff at the Gryphon for making it such a memorable day! They went over and beyond to make all guests comfortable! Food and drinks were all so good. Thank you again, and we'll be back soon :)

Decent and affordable. Great service and friendly staff. Dog friendly too (staff loved the doggy woggies)! Highly recommend coming here if you're hungry or thirsty.

The grilled meats (wings, ribs, gammon) were exceptionally good. We had Sharon go out of their way to help with special diet ordering and organising things for our collection of disabilities and special needs. We really enjoyed our meal after a long journey. Not really cheap, but still reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.

Revisited recently for steak night. Nice atmosphere. Really good service and food very good. Ordering on the app can be a bit fiddly. Always have some very good deals on the app. Get the app!

We have been coming to this pub for over a year and every time we come here the service is great, the food is fresh and delicious and the staff is amazing! Especially Hannah has always been friendly, warm and welcoming to us including playing with our kids when I come with friends! They always have space for booking with not much notice given. This is officially our favourite family pub and I recommend it to everyone who asked me for suggestions for pubs!
