This place is next door to where I work and every time I go in there they remember my drink. I was in there this morning, and there was a queue developing of about 6/7 people. The guy behind the counter knew almost all of the drinks of the people in the queue. They're quality staff, and quality coffee. Go here instead of the big chains, lower queue times, better services, better Italian coffee. Easy 5 stars.
