I went to the branch in Primark Tottenham Court Road. Lovely place, very reasonably priced. Great selection. Comfortable atmosphere and seating. The only downfall was that there was only 2 members of staff, it wasn't that busy based on the fact that there was plenty of seating, however it was a bit of a wait for a cup of tea!

Great customer service, staff and manager always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
The vibe is always great happy and cheerful despite some rudeness from clients I witnessed myself.
The food is delicious and the coffees are always on point. I will definitely be a regular!
