I recently had the pleasure of dining at HAZ Finsbury Square, and I must say, the experience left an indelible mark on my palate. The restaurant, nestled in the heart of Finsbury Square, provided a warm and inviting ambiance that perfectly complemented the culinary journey I was about to embark upon. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the Turkish cuisine that HAZ has to offer. As a lover of rich flavors and diverse cuisines, I opted for their selection of Turkish delights, and I was not disappointed in the least. The Turkish food at HAZ Finsbury Square was a true revelation. With every bite, I found myself transported to the vibrant streets of Istanbul, savoring the authentic and intricate flavors that define this incredible cuisine. From the moment the dishes arrived at our table, it was evident that great care had been taken in their preparation. The menu showcased an array of Turkish culinary treasures, each more enticing than the last. From succulent kebabs to aromatic rice dishes, the food offerings resonated with the essence of Turkey's gastronomic heritage. The fusion of spices, herbs, and high-quality ingredients culminated in a symphony of flavors that left me craving more. The standout aspect of our meal was, without a doubt, the impeccable taste of the dishes. The Turkish food at HAZ Finsbury Square was not just good; it was a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. The skillful execution of each dish was evident, and it was clear that the chefs had a deep understanding of the art of Turkish cuisine. The service at HAZ further enhanced the dining experience. The staff's attentiveness and knowledge about the menu were commendable, and their recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant, with its contemporary yet cozy design, provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable culinary journey. In conclusion, my experience at HAZ Finsbury Square was nothing short of exceptional. The Turkish food offerings were a true delight, showcasing the passion and dedication of the culinary team. If you're a connoisseur of Turkish cuisine or simply someone looking to embark on a flavorsome adventure, HAZ Finsbury Square should undoubtedly be on your list. My taste buds and I are eagerly looking forward to our next visit to this culinary gem in the heart of Finsbury Square.

Been here before. Quality and quantity of food are pretty good. As a group we chose the £45 set menu. So many dips and starters, so much bread, by the time the main course arrived we were practically full.. between us we had a variety of main course options and the general consensus was eveyone was more than content.. I opted for the lamb shank which was pretty big and pretty awesome. The service was attentive yet relaxed. Excellent lunch, glad I didn't pick up the bill though!

Haz Finsbury Square was the venue for a surprise dinner party. We were a group of about 20+ including children and we were hosted in a private room at the back of the restaurant. The tables were correctly laid out and the decor was very simple and stylish. The whole restaurant was beautifully decorated, it looked very clean and the ambience was good although it was very quiet that evening. The staff were friendly, well presented and attentive. Because this was a advance group booking, orders for the main course were taken in advance and double checked on that evening after the starters were served. We had the Party Menu which consisted of 3 courses. Amongst the starters were Falafel, Borek and Calamari with condiments like Tabule and Humus. I enjoyed most of the starters, and they also served small pieces of bread. I think the quantity was about right, enough to satisfy my hunger yet leaving enough room for the main. It took a while for the mains to be served which I assume is due to waiting for everyone's meals to be ready. I had the Kuzu Shish which was absolutely delicious. It's important to note that accompaniments such as fries, rice or bulga wheat are not part of the dish and need to be ordered. I went halves with a friend on a bowl of bular wheat. I can understand why such things are not part of the dish considering the amount of meat (if your order the Mixed Grill or something like that). For me, the bulga was a nice addition and left me very satisfied. The dessert was Baklava served with a small slice of poached pear and ice-cream. Some on my table said they found the ice-cream a bit grainy but I didn't notice it. I've to many group dinners in my time and I often dread the shambles that tends to ensue trying to work out who ordered what. At HAZ, they have a system of charging individuals for extras such as drinks as you go along, which seemed to work really well for my table. It was little lengthy, but by far the best managed group payment processing I've experienced so well done. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant in a very central location! Went here with 5 of my friends for Iftar a few weeks ago and the staff did an incredible job at preparing our food to be served just in time to break our fast, this was much appreciated by all. Good selection of starters and mains, can't comment on dessert but the quality of the food was wonderful when you consider how affordable prices were! Would certainly go back in the future if im in the area.

Super quiet at the weekends makes for a good quiet lunch. Staff were attentive but not hovering (so nice). The same great food seen during the week but at the weekend.

The avocado salad and mix grill is great (lamb cuts and lamb shih is better than chicken breast)! Sea bass looks better than Swordfish steak. Egg plant salad is ok

Lovely food, great service and nicely decorated. We looked online at the menu before booking and when we arrived the menu we were given was a choice of three set menus. After saying that we had seen a different menu online, we were able to order individual dishes.

Had the best experience going to this restaurant, service was brilliant the food was absolutely delicious the decor inside the restaurant was beautiful and the food was also very affordable and not too highly priced for Central London! Service was 10/10 Yagmui and I can’t remember the Indian waiters name but they were both amazing and was very attentive and helpful just wanted to say a massive thank you for making our experience wonderful!!
