Drinks always made passionately and coffee tastes good quality. There was a busy queue today (Sunday) and Nathan dealt with everyone efficiently and drinks were perfect.

Morning staff in Liverpool Street does AMAZING coffee Very professional but also good creamy Cappuccino or Cortado! If ever pass thru Liv st in the morning have a go there !!! Also pastry is amazing !! 100% recommended!!!

Batista was by herself but didn't hold her back from handling the queue like a boss. Taking multiple orders with lots of complexities with zero mistakes. We'll done to her.
Felt a little unfair she was doing it alone so was going to drop a star on how the store is managed but didn't want to take anything away from the amazing young lady who was trying her best to keep her guests happy.

Nice unit, friendly staff and super convnient when getting that caffiene or hot choc fix in the morning since its just opposite the ticket barriers for platforms 14,15,16 & 17. Where I used to work before, the Nero was further away from the station, however this one is very nicely located!
Also happy that I get to use my perks codes for free drinks! What more could one want.
