Week of Jan 21, 2019 - This convenient outlet of Caffe Nero on the East esplanade entrance to the glassed Liverpool Street Station has all the great savoury and sweet eats of the chain in a bright setting with ample sitting space to munch onsite their great (pictured) sandwiches, salads, shots, wraps as well as sip their great coffee (macchiato for me)
Cafe Nero has always been my favourite ‘chained’ cafe in the UK as I find the coffee is the most consistent.
I have been coming to this Cafe Nero for a few years now and I love the friendly Baristas Staff and approach.
I had just finished getting a few last minute Christmas gifts and needed some refuelling. I stopped for a skimmed Flat White and a vegan Mince Pie.
The coffee served was smooth and had a nutty flavour to it, it was superb. The vegan Mince Pie was light but full of mince filling and very tasty. I probably could have had another but didn’t want to pile on even more pounds! Overall the coffee was consistent and a delicious Mince Pie. I have given it a 3.5 out of 5 as the tables are tiny to sit on.
Drinks always made passionately and coffee tastes good quality. There was a busy queue today (Sunday) and Nathan dealt with everyone efficiently and drinks were perfect.
Always the best customer service and awesome drinks!! Got my grande hot choc oat with shot of decaf. Really appreciate their patience 😄❤️
Excellent service from the young lady in the headscarf. Super friendly and quick drink making skills made a tasty Oat Flat White.... It was my first time at the Liv Street branch. Great first impressions!!!
Batista was by herself but didn't hold her back from handling the queue like a boss. Taking multiple orders with lots of complexities with zero mistakes. We'll done to her.
Felt a little unfair she was doing it alone so was going to drop a star on how the store is managed but didn't want to take anything away from the amazing young lady who was trying her best to keep her guests happy.

Morning staff in Liverpool Street does AMAZING coffee Very professional but also good creamy Cappuccino or Cortado! If ever pass thru Liv st in the morning have a go there !!! Also pastry is amazing !! 100% recommended!!!

Very convenient to grab a quick cup of coffee on your way through Liverpool ,
I only had a few minutes before my train they managed to get the right order at the right price and I still got my train
Nice unit, friendly staff and super convnient when getting that caffiene or hot choc fix in the morning since its just opposite the ticket barriers for platforms 14,15,16 & 17. Where I used to work before, the Nero was further away from the station, however this one is very nicely located!
Also happy that I get to use my perks codes for free drinks! What more could one want.
Great kiosk bar. Really friendly staff. Fast service especially as they are next to the platforms.
