There was initially an issue in payment but customer service were very quick to rectify and help me within hours via email (misunderstanding on my part), thank you Carina! Good tea nevertheless and nice location too

I went to the Dean street branch and there were rude staff.
However this branch had friendly staff who made you feel welcomed. There was a staff with a nose pierce who was very friendly and even apologised that drinks were 2 minutes late . Those type of staff make you want to come back again. And drinks were great 👍 but good drinks without friendly customer service is not worth it. Will definitely come back to this branch.

This bbt shop is a hidden gem because it's often not at all busy. It has less choices than other places but the original milk tea is great

Really enjoyed our bobba tea, had Mango Green Tea with Grass Jelly which was lovely.
And Salty Carmel Milk tea with Red Beans which was okay.
Nice little place, very refreshing drinks on a hot day.
They didn't have many products which were on the menu and it was very difficult to understand the lady that was serving us.

Come here instead of the Chinatown branch as there is usually little to no queue! Friendly and quick service, with great drinks as per usual.

Every time I have been here, I have enjoyed my experience, just as much as I loved my drink!! The staff here are always wonderful and really fast, regardless or whether or not there is a queue. My go-to order is 3 Brothers. I highly highly recommend this shop, especially if you're just in the area, like for the British Museum

I first tried Coco while living in China 8 years ago and fell in love with their entire menu - to the point where it became a problem. When I found out there was more than one here in London, I was ecstatic. It's just as good as I remember and well worth the wait in line you'll often be met with. I highly recommend the mango yakult, but their milk teas are also really good. Check out their limited time offers as well because there have been some delightfully delicious short term items in the past few years.

Love the milk tea, we ordered 3 brothers,taro milk tea and the lady tea..The only problem i have is the que which is too long.. but over all i love it
