Perfect place to take a break during your shopping trip to Liberty’s! Typical English menu and we loved it. It’s a must do stop while shopping and take a break. The food is excellent and very tasty. If you are in Liberty, don’t miss this place. You will always remember your afternoon tea break you took here. I was order cafe and after tea ,their service so fast,I so happy enjoying cafe time ,then owner ask how about the tea and cafe,I just say,The Arthur’s cafe team is perfect ! 2023/11/3
Food is good and fine to eat at if you are already shopping at Liberty and need a bite to eat - however not a destination restaurant. Was promptly seated and the food was good. Menus could use a refresh/reprint as they seemed quite worn and sticky.
