Itsu’s motto is health and happiness and that is exactly what it delivers, in my eyes. The calming atmosphere is created with the help of its beautiful orchids, spacious dining area, booths, and the pink and brown decor. At Itsu, you have to go to the counter to order your meal. This is convenient if you want something quick but healthy at the same time.
Nice sushi ready to go for a low price. Loved the veg smoothie where you can see it all before being pressed. There is quite a lot of options to choose from
I like Itsu. Their food is delicious, and calorie content is always provided which makes life easy if you're on a diet. I like their chicken rice pots, and their chicken teriaki salad.

It's easy to find and was not overly busy especially for a Friday lunchtime.
Food was freshly cooked, was delicious and was reasonabley priced.
Drinks were expensive though.
Will definitely go back.

It is not the Japanese style I knew, a bit creative and fusion. Overall, it is good dining experience but if you are looking for “Japanese” food, maybe check the menu before you go.
Very nice and clean dine in experience. The food was good. It was fresh and prepared proper. The staff are super friendly and there’s always a good variety of sushi combos. A good place for takeaway.

Toilets are available but you need to buy food to access. There is a code on the bottom of the receipt for access to the toilet. The toilet was open and didn’t need the code when I checked.

Excellent food quality. Portion is a little bit small. Fair price and healthy.
Cannot be faulted. In and out in less than 5 min every single time. The noodle bowels are consistently good. They’ve removed the plastic forks (thanks guys!!!). It’s noisy so I don’t dine in, but the fast efficient service is exactly what you need during the lunchtime rush.
Elegant place, really nice atmosphere for eating in, due to the large windows on all sides. Reasonable prices and good food, though the bao buns aren't the best you're gonna have. Overall a great choice for some healthy asian food!
Great clean place with lots of seating. A large selection of yummy foods. I wanted to try a few different items as this was my first time here and picked up a tray of sushi, hoisin duck bao buns and chicken and spring onion gyoza and ordered the chili chicken gyoza noodle bowl. Got the wrong soup which I didn't see before I got to my hotel but it was delicious, just wished it was spicier. The sushi was ok, a little dry and didn't care for the bao buns but that's my taste buds. Would definitely get food here again.
The food is always tasty and reasonably priced. This is one of my regular pitstops when I'm in the West End.
Great food and service. Have grabbed dinner here a couple of times. Fast and good.
