Love Nandos, food is as you would expect. Staff are lovely but there's a strange ordering system with a QR code where you order on your phone and have to get the cutlery, sauces, napkins and tap water yourself.

There’s nothing like Nando’s when you’re feeling like grilled chicken. There were plenty of sauces to choose from and the staff was very helpful when there were things missing from the online menu when we were ordering.

The team was very attentive to the allergies of our party. Lots of the bottles of sauce were clogged up. Food was tasty. Blue Light discount not accepted but NHS smartcards are.

Food is always good at nandos, but their branch needs to start opening their upstairs section instead of letting people que and wait to be seated at a table for up to 30 minutes. I would say that it's counterproductive and not a good look. I went there, and there was more than enough staff for this, and I would say they were over staffed downstairs and yet made lots of mistakes taking food to the wrong tables. The young lady at the reception was great she was running around making sure all tables were happy, and some of the other waiters were either confused overworked or did not have enough training 🤔. But never the less food was good, suggestion from me on the weekends be prepared to seat people upstairs !!!!

Amazing most wonderful staff who are always happy to serve. Absolutely recommended, the sauces a little bit less spicy than other Nandos I have been to but the excellent service is unmatched.

My friend always swoons over Nando‘s and I wasn‘t disappointed. You can easily order and pay digitally from the table and there were so many good options on the menu. The chicken was juicy and spicy in the best way possible (I chose medium and it was decent for me). Great options of sides sadly couldn’t pick all of them. Wish we had Nando‘s in Germany!!

We always have a really good dinner here, I can't fault it. Nando's rarely disappoints; loved the food, as always. Really nice place at the heart of Woolwich.

Nando's added a few things in there menu.
We ordered what we usually do
-lemon and herb 4 boneless chicken thighs with mash and rice
-halloumi stick and dip
-pepper and feta dip (new)
-houmos with peri peri
We eat here atleast once a month in this branch. Great atmosphere.
Better to go on a weekday as during weekends you will have to wait atleast 15 to 30 minutes. But there is a place to seat while waiting.

It was great time and food, plus the staffs members are really friendly, I did tried the new lunch recipe without reading the ingredients and it’s come with the chicken. I’m vegetarian. I told to the staff member and they were so happy to gave me without chicken. They did their best.. feels like over the moon and humanity still there. An amazing experience.. Thank you guys .. really appreciate it ..xx
