Absolutely amazing pie and mash and apple crumble with custard, really delicious and traditional English food, one of the best English food I’ve ever had. Service is fast, kind and friendly. Prices are not expensive at all. It’s an historical place with lots of history and with lovely staff and it feels like home. You can’t find another place like this around London. We will definitely be back with friends and family. I would highly recommend to residents as well as tourists to visit this special restaurant.
So glad I finally tried Eastenders pie mash. Collected a takeaway, good packaging. Pies are cooked well, pastry is crispy on top, good tasty meat content light gravey, good portions of mash, loved the liquor, could taste the fresh parsley. Totally unique give it a try, great value for money, both indoor and outdoor seating, lovely and clean, Staff are friendly and welcoming, will eat in next time check this space for update.
