Best sushi brand. Fresh, pretty, healthy and tasty. And fast. Easy way to eat with family on a day out. I always meet very friendly people working there. First choice for my food in the city.

The vegetarian falafel rice was average at best, although the vegetable gyozas were spiced well and definitely worth a try! I’d wanna try more options the next time I dine at Itsu.

It's a place to have a quick sushi. I ordered a mix box which was good. It seemed fresh. The warm stuff is average. I had rice with chicken teriyaki. Didn't have the tangy flavor of teriyaki sauce.

Good Itsu branch. Easy on-the-go ready to take home meals with healthy options to choose from. With other healthy spots next door the competition is high, but it's a nice choice if you feel like a quick Japanese dish as opposed to a salad. Recommend going in the last half hour when everything is 25% off if it's on your way home - quick well priced ready to eat healthy dinner!

The food is pretty decent, but everything is about 25% more expensive than it's worth. The main issue I have is spillage. They occasionally spill soups up to the rim, that once you pull off the tight lid, everything splashes everywhere. I have also had cups with holes in them so the bag is drenched by the time I get home.
