Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of dining at Franco Manca, Canary Wharf, and I must say, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by their star waiter Mariam! From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant until the very last bite of our delicious meal, they ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Right from the start, their warm and welcoming smile set the tone for a memorable evening. Mariam attentively guided us to our table and took the time to explain the daily specials and recommended some of the most popular dishes. Their genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant's cuisine was contagious and made us even more eager to explore the menu. Throughout the meal, our waiter was an absolute delight. They were attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance between being available when needed and giving us the space to enjoy our conversation. Despite a bustling restaurant, they managed to make us feel like we were the only customers there, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional. Not only did they expertly manage our orders, but they also offered insightful recommendations based on our preferences, allowing us to try dishes we may not have otherwise chosen. Their knowledge of the ingredients, preparation techniques, and the restaurant's commitment to using fresh, locally sourced produce added a unique dimension to our meal. Furthermore, they flawlessly accommodated specific dietary restrictions within our group, ensuring that everyone enjoyed their food to the fullest. Pizzas are always good here! The truffle pesto and wild mushroom and buratta pizza was so delicious. If you’re on a lunch break then I would recommend getting there a couple of minutes before 12pm on Monday - Thursday as it does get quite busy quickly and you may need to wait a while for a table. (By the way, the black parts on the pizza are the truffle pesto- it wasn’t burnt I promise!)

Franco Manca stands out as one of the best value-for-money restaurants in the area. Each pizza, always impeccably delicious, is complemented by their consistently fantastic service. While this particular branch may not boast extensive outdoor seating, there is ample space within its inviting interior. The menu may lean towards the basic, but each pizza masterfully combines flavor profiles to ensure every bite is a delight. If you're part of a large group seeking great food on a budget or need a quick yet tasty meal, this venue is a perfect choice.

Pizzas from Frano Manca never disappoint. Great value for money, the staff is always nice. I went on a Sunday afternoon so there was no queue but if you go on a Friday night you might have to wait quite a while. I’m deducting one star just because every time I’m in Franco Manca at Canary Wharf they don’t have the burrata nor buffalo appetiser and I have been there both when it was super busy and when it was not in the middle of the day. Highly recommend it though if you’re looking for something more affordable around Canary Wharf.

Always good pizza, prices have gone up. I remember this been a really good value for money spot, but like most places in this current economic climate the prices have gone up quite a bit for what you're getting but having said that, the mains were good and the desserts, excellent. Service was also great, the gentleman that recommended me the chocolate and nut cake/torte was super friendly and the cake was amazing!

A restaurant I can’t stop going too, especially when they introduced the rewards system on the app. Gorgeous and affordable pizzas, I honestly have never liked the plain options as much as here… a number 2 (organic tomatoes? Mozzarella & basil) for a very affordable price. One downside is the staff though, multiple times I’m left waiting to order with an almost comical lack of eye contact when leaning obviously out of your seat to get the staffs attention. Not just this particular establishment but I’ve noticed it in others… but apart from that and this very dirty unusable glass, I love the place and get collecting for that free pizza!
