Few weeks ago I got scamed and had to cancel my card
I've have been going to its restaurant nearly on a daily basis
Anyway I went to its I was unaware that they do not take cash so I was unable to get any food but then the manager came out and gave me food for free
So just wanted to say thank you for being so kind

We had a lovely time at this branch and been to several.. The service was first class the staff and manageress made all the family feel at home, and showed service can be done properly and with a warm welcome and smile. Food was delicious prompt and served exactly as we requested..

Best of the Itsu shop!! With very nice staff, always with smile and delicious sushi. I can tell it’s fresh because the sushi was not hard compared to other shop.

Food is fabulous, service wasn't really in question as it's a self service, however a female member of staff appeared and was helpful with questions and direction.
Atmosphere is a tricky one as it is what it is a fast food stop off, it was clean and adequate.

Great food, friendly staff and so much choice. Food is super tasty and a good portion size. You order everything on a screen and it was super busy. whilst a screen reduces amount of staff and opens up more ways to pay it doesnt help people as they spend ages choosing as you can easily view full menu until you get to the screen causing a big queue at peak times. Atmosphere nice setting just wish the high seats had a bar to rest your feet as it feels uncomfortable having nowhere to put your legs. Will visit again food excellent.

It's a chain of Japanese restaurants. The sushi is good. But then gain it looses its cause when it becomes a chain. Its good for a quick bite but for a nice meal in the evening I would not recommend it. <br/>For a place that I would recommend as a take away or a quick stop over it seems to be slightly overpriced. The sushi is good. I like the tempura Maki.
