The manager Martina was brilliant at sorting out a small issue with the yogurt drink for me and my family. We thought it was a "bottomless" drink but it wasn't and she explained really nicely that customers can sometimes make this mistake. The food was nice and the staff were helpful. If Nandos had more managers like this shop many people would be happy. We're happy.

Went here recently , lovely staff who are very attentive and the food came out relatively quickly.
I made my own custom wrap and the staff here made it happen. Nandos is a very well known chain by now so there is little more I can add apart from that the food was nice and fresh.
I asked for perinaise and 20seconds later there it was on my table. All in all a very good experience.
I also recommend the peri flamer sauce for the chicken or if you are lucky as a dip.
I have to think really hard about a complaint so the only criticism if I absolutely need one is that some of the seating particularly near the drinks machine is a bit snug/tight.
Oh and parking is sometimes hard to find

Solid Nandos experience here. But I do like a cushion on my chair, and unfortunately this Nandos had lots of the most uncomfortable of the Nandos chair options. Friendly staff and good food here though.

The manager, Anna, was absolutely brilliant. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, she kept a smile on her face throughout with customers and her staff. She seated my husband and I promptly without much delay and was very helpful explaining the ordering process.

The place is a lot bigger than I originally thought. We were seated at the back, which was nice and quiet. The food was good. The staff were friendly and provided paper and crayons to my toddler to keep her entertained.
The only criticism was that the air con was too high and the frozen Yoghurt machine stopped working

The usual nando's experience, but with Halal food offering which is a win for the. Muslim population. The service could improve a notch, but nothing really to complain - went in for dinner on a Monday night at 9.30 pm. It felt a little short staffed. Food was great as usual! Could definitely come back.

Been to Nando’s after a long time as I got an email from them saying half grill chicken voucher on my loyalty card was about to expire 😂. I’m glad I went there and made use out of my freebie, anyway I actually like the Bethnal Green branch over the Whitechapel branch, way too many Banjoli’s in Whitechapel for my liking
