Scarlett Coffee Roastery

My fave Caffe in London. They serve very good, in-house rosted, filter coffee - for me that's a reason enough to pay them a visit. But that's not all, they make awesome food as well and have nice salads as lunch options. Definitely worth your time and money! Oh one more thing the staff/owners are extremely friendly, they'll make you feel very welcome, enjoy!

A little gem in the heart of Angel. Not only is the coffee and food great, but they are actually roasting the beans in the shop, so it smells great! We buy our coffee beans from here for our machine at home as they're so nice. This is also a good place to host meetings and interviews. It's clean, peaceful and just a generally nice place to be.

This place is a little hidden but I'm glad I stumbled on it. I buy my own beans each week, and they sell beans they roast on site that I thought were as good as any I'd had in London. They also let you bring your own bag if you want to (though they can also sell you beans in a regular bag too). The coffee in the shop is just as good. They have some pastries and, more interestingly to me, a variety of veg plates, many of them vegan, that were delicious. The decor inside is lovely and there's a big table that's good for working on, as well as nice window seats (and of course, wifi). The staff also is friendly and helpful and seems to be interested in being environmentally friendly (other than the been bags, I didn't see any plastic). Like I said, glad I found it.
