It was my first visit during travel to London, I really surprised when I saw for the first time place that think about different diets!!!! You can find all the information and ingredients in their website and they have options for gluten free, keto diet. Omelette was good and place was clean. But the coffee quality was not good. It was like a ready machine made coffee.

They have definitely made improvements to this branch. I have always liked Pure but this branch used to have really bad service and was always dirty. I came after ages and it was much better. Lovely location in the station. The Go Nuts Bircher and Iced Americano were really good and very refreshing in the heat. Good range of options from juices, hot food, salads, breakfast, soups and more. Those who follow a vegan diet will find that there is a nice variety to choose from. Calories and nutritional information are shown which is helpful. WIFI does not seem to be available unlike other branches unless you connect to the station network which is not so good. There are charging sockets which are useful. The branch has a nice atmosphere with seating upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs is nice overlooking the busy station outside. Service is better but could be friendlier. Cleanliness was also better but staff need to keep on it and check that it is done throughout the day. Clean eating premises are important. Would recommend for sure.

Another great Pure establishment. I love the fact that they have both still and sparkling water taps for anyone to use for free and that you get 50p off a hot drink when using a reusable cup. Top stuff. Clean environment with plenty of seats spread over two levels. Multi plugs make it easy to charge electronic equipment by plug or usb. I am unsure as to whether there is a toilet upstairs but there definitely isnt one on the ground floor. Friendly staff make for a great atmosphere in industrial style surroundings. Open til late (2230 on thursday when i visited) makes for a great place to grab a coffee before heading home or packing in some more work. My only comment is that it appears to be slightly more expensive than other stores just because it is in waterloo station - im not a fan of such price hikes so have rated 4 stars. A decent joint though worth visiting. Plus free wifi!
